These terms are a plain-language placeholder for the Kibo marketing site and early access period. We'll replace or expand them as needed.
Early access
Kibo is currently an early access product. Features, availability, pricing, and timelines may change as we learn from beta users.
Submitting a waitlist or beta application form does not guarantee access to the product.
Using Kibo
If you receive access, use Kibo only for lawful business and personal projects. Do not use the service to submit harmful content, spam, or anything that violates someone else's rights.
You are responsible for the information you submit and the projects you ask Kibo to help with.
Form submissions
When you submit a form, we may forward that information through a webhook to tools we use to review applications, manage the waitlist, and contact you about Kibo.
Please do not submit sensitive information through the marketing site forms.
No guarantees
The website and early access product are provided as they are available. We are still building, so there may be bugs, interruptions, or changes.
We will try to communicate clearly when something important changes.
